Babies helping babies!!
Baby Massage & Music courses are run in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire and beyond! Courses include "Baby Bonding" (3rd Trimester up to approx 12 weeks); Little Wrigglers (12 weeks to approx 24 weeks); and Little Movers (crawlers to first wobbly steps). We are also running weekend workshops for Mums, Dads, Grandparents and other carers and can arrange bespoke courses for groups of friends or one-to-one. These are lovely relaxing and welcoming courses which show you a very easy baby massage routine with rhymes and simple lullabies (singing optional!) Courses are tailored to specific stages of baby development and delivered by highly qualified and experienced practitioners. We are very keen to support those for whom a new baby has brought unexpected difficulties, for example post-natal depression or premature birth. We can arrange one-to-one sessions where required.
Baby Massage & Music have been shown to have a number of benefits for both baby and parent/carer:

* encourage babies to settle, soothe and even sleep!!
* easing stomach pain, colic, griping, wind, constipation and teething
* stimulating breathing, lymphatic drainage and circulation
