Day 2 PCAP - MANCHESTER AIRPORT
- Parent-Child Attachment Play (PCAP) is a play-based attachment approach designed to improve parent/carer and child relationships.
This is the second day for those practitioners who wish to set-up and run small groups and 1:1 work with parents and carers. It focuses on equipping practitioners with all they will need to facilitate this work including comprehensive cloud and web-based resources, academic papers and templates.
Welcome and overview of the day
The PCAP framework and how to adapt it for universal and targeted populations
Skills 1: Designing and delivering PCAP sessions
Skills 2: Assessment tools, project templates, marketing your service
Practice session in supportive pairs
Upon completion a practice certificate is awarded (accredited for 6 hours CPD). This course raises much-needed funds to support our Parent-Baby social projects around the globe.
